Rules & Regulations :

• The contest is open for all Nepalis living inside Nepal, under 30 years of age.
• Type of site: Any* (including corporate sites), including sites hosted on free servers like geocities.
* Note: Socially sensitive, political and adult oriented sites will not be accepted.
• Multiple sites can be submitted by one participant.
• The sites can be in any local language but only Nepali or English sites will be judged for the Best Site – Content Award.
• People associated with Himalmedia Private Limited or the sponsors are not eligible to take part in the contest.
• An independent jury comprising of eminent personalities from different fields will be judging the entries.
• WAVE has right to make any decision at its discretion.
• Participating site must have following tag on their homepage at the top: <!—WWW 2005 participant-> ( like this site have).
